Summary

Visit the immense book of engravings by ancient settlers with about 3000 blocks of rock of volcanic origin, in which zoomorphic figures are represented (mammals, birds, reptiles, fish), anthropomorphic figures such as dancers, warriors, mythical beings. Phytomorphic figures (trees, flowers), etc. Later we will visit the Jurassic Park of Querullpa in which there are footprints of diverse dinosaurs of the Jurassic era, footprints that can be appreciated at the present time.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arequipa

Pick up from your respective hotel, after 3 hours approx. of travel we will arrive to Toro muerto where we will find the fabulous set of petroglyphs, blocks of volcanic rock scattered in a number around 5000 pieces. They present interesting engravings of incalculable cultural value. Zoomorphic figures such as birds, mammals, reptiles, batrachians, fish, etc. can be seen.

Later we will visit the Dinosaur Footprints of Qerullpa, where we will have a walk of less than 10 minutes. After this interesting visit, we will go to the town of Corire, where we will have lunch with a delicious shrimp dish (not included). Finally we will visit some vineyards where they will explain us how is the process of making wine and pisco. Return to the city Blanca.
