Itinerary

Day 1

Ancient Wonders of the Sacred Valley

The Sacred Valley Tour begins with hotel pickup at 8 am and heads to the high mountain town of Chinchero. Above all, famous for its weaving and spectacularly situated at high altitude (3,800 m/12,500 ft). Next, we will visit a weaving house and have a demonstration of dyeing and weaving techniques.

From there, we journey down to the heart of the Sacred Valley, arriving at the majestic archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo, which has an impressive set of terraces, ceremonial centers, and fountains whisper tales of ancient civilizations. Indulge in a delectable buffet lunch in Urubamba before continuing our expedition to Pisaq, our last stop of the day.

Explore the remarkable archaeological sites of Pisaq, showcasing the architectural prowess of the Incas before descendings into the quaint town of Pisaq for a glimpse into local life.

As the sun sets on our day of exploration, return to Cusco enriched with a deeper understanding of the captivating history of the Incas and the enduring legacy they have bestowed upon us.
