Join us on this extraordinary adventure, where the Mirador de los Cóndores becomes the stage for an unforgettable connection with the untamed beauty of Peru’s high-altitude wonders.

Itinerary

Day 1

Cusco-Tarawasi & Chonta

Our Chonta Condor Canyon View Tour begins with your hotel pickup at 9 a.m. and then continue towards Limatambo. During the tour we will visit the beautiful archaeological center of Tarawasi. continuing with our adventure and having a panoramic view of the community of Chonta and the snow-capped mountains of Salkantay and Humantay.

After lunch in the town of Chonta we will begin our walk and after about an hour and a half, we will finally arrive at the “Huaco” viewpoint. This is located on the right side of the Apurimac River canyon. From the viewpoint we will have a spectacular view of the Apurimac Canyon. In addition, we will have the opportunity to appreciate the impressive Andean Cóndor stream in its natural habitat.

In addition, with a little luck, we will also be able to observe some birds such as eagles, hawks and white-tailed deer.

Finally, after having enjoyed the incredible connection with the Andean Condor and the place, we will return to Chonta Town where we will spend the night and dinner will be waiting for us.

Day 2

Chonta-Killarumiyoc & Cusco

After having a delicious breakfast and recharging ourselves with energy, we will return along the same route we arrived, to head to the archaeological center of Quillarumiyoc, a ceremonial, astronomical and religious place.

After visiting and enjoying this beautiful trip, we will return to your hotel
